Junior Cross County

Yesterday, the J Team competed in a cross country and obstacle course. The Room 3 children helped set up the course and managed each stations to ensure the J team children will safe and the Room 3 children also provided encouragement.The J team competed in their cross country first and in each race a Room 3 student ran to ahead of the children to shoe them the way. Thank you to Jonty, Lachlan, Ellie, Alice C and Emma. These students were excellent role models and Jonty had to run twice. It is much appreciated.Room 3 watched the J team compete in the obstacle course; jumping over the hay bales,  crawling under the net, balancing on the beams and jumping on the high jump mat. The children in Room 3 were on hand when children had falls, provided encouragement and caught them if they fell. I hope to add photos showing our helpful Room 3 children. Well done Room 3.
