The children have been working through finding information about a Saint. The children needed to find information about when they were beatified, canonised and what they are patron of.
Two questions the children found hard to answer was how did the person live their life and why do you think they were canonised a Saint?
Some of the Saints have a lot of information about their lives while others the children chose had little. Some Saints were canonised due to being made a martyr, while others lived a long life of good deeds for others.
The children will continue to work through these questions developing their answers. Some of their work is on display in the classroom.
